Yes, I twerk.
I love to dance. Find me on the dance floor—literally on the floor—or teaching a twerking lesson at a summer music festival.
I didn’t just study sexual empowerment. I lived the pain, and I lived the transformation.
I’m an environmental engineer turned pleasure coach, a podcast host and a dancer. And yes, I know what it feels like to lose this part of yourself.

I was once the girl who lived loudly in her sexuality. Bold, adventurous and very experimental. Nature was my playground—once, I even managed to have sex in a canoe while it was floating!
Sex was fun, playful and a way to deepen connections. Then pain took over, and my pleasure disappeared. Where there had been fun and connection, there was fear and loneliness.
For five years, I endured painful sex, went from doctor to doctor and felt completely broken. And I told almost no one. I started to believe I wasn’t worthy of a long-term partnership because I couldn’t have sex the way I wanted to.

I refused to believe that pleasure wasn’t mine to have in this lifetime. Whenever I felt a spark of hope, I tried again.
In the process, I discovered my love for podcasting. I launched Reclaim Your Radiance in 2021, now I’ll Have What She’s Having. I asked people what made them feel truly alive: their biggest turn-ons, their dream relationships, their wildest sex stories.
The more I learned, the more I realized I didn’t just want to talk about this. I wanted to teach it.

I met a teacher who had answers to questions I didn’t even know to ask. I dove into Tantra, somatic work and pleasure practices—and holy f*ck, did it change things for me.
When I told my partner how deeply I wanted to explore this, he told me that wasn’t for him. Two months later, our relationship ended.
I promised myself I wouldn’t date until I had reclaimed my sexuality. I gave myself a year. I found my confidence, my worth, and a different way of giving myself love and acceptance.
When I was ready, I built a relationship—and a sex life—that felt very different from what I’d known before. My own experience of pleasure, communication and connection is part of what I bring to this work.
I know what it feels like to wonder if pleasure is still possible for you. I want you to have someone in your corner while you find out what feels good for you.

I’m a VITA™ Certified Sex, Love & Relationship Coach with over 1,000 hours of training in Tantric sex, women’s sexuality and somatic healing.
Before coaching, I was an environmental engineer. I used to think I’d save the world with renewable energy. These days, I bring that same curiosity to pleasure-filled lives and relationships.
I know how lonely painful, disconnected sex can feel. Finding pleasure again meant so much to me. Your story will be your own—I share mine so you know you don’t have to figure this out alone.
What do you want? And if your answer is “I have no idea, but I know I want more”—we can start right there. My approach is desire-based. We figure out where you want to go, together.
I draw on breathwork, meditation, somatic approaches, parts work and embodiment practices. Sometimes we talk or reflect. Sometimes we move, notice sensations or try a new way of relating to yourself. I explain each practice, and you decide whether to take part.
I care about how you feel in your body and how you move through your life: your relationships, your voice, your creativity, your confidence and the everyday things that make life feel juicy again.

I love to dance. Find me on the dance floor—literally on the floor—or teaching a twerking lesson at a summer music festival.
After university, I bought a one-way flight to Indonesia. I ended up travelling solo for 14 months through Asia, New Zealand and Australia.
In 2024–2025, I spent six months in South and Central America hiking, learning from local cultures and deepening my partnership.
I geek out on science fiction and fantasy. Brandon Sanderson is a favourite. Growing up, it was Harry Potter all the way.
I’m absolutely incredible at it. It was a great secret weapon to impress the boys—and girls—at university.
Nothing beats a cup of tea with your bestie. Especially on the beach at sunset.
My podcast, I’ll Have What She’s Having, is another way into the things I love talking about: pleasure, relationships and what makes people feel alive.
Bring your questions. Bring your wish for better sex. Or bring that “something’s missing, but I can’t put my finger on it” feeling. We’ll start there.
A conversation first. A first coaching session next, if you choose. A longer commitment only after you’ve experienced the work.
