Wild Women Rising grew from Kris’s own journey of reconnecting with her body and pleasure. It brings an intimate group together on British Columbia’s Sunshine Coast for three nights, with arrival and closing across four calendar days.

Movement, breathwork, sensuality and sisterhood create space to explore. The practices respond to the group; each invitation is explained, participation and nudity are optional, and there is no sexual contact between guests.

Read the dates, current Canadian-dollar pricing, accommodation and practice details on this page. You do not need previous experience. Apply to join when you feel ready, or book a free retreat info call with Kris to ask your questions.

Your sisters are calling you home.

For the wild, soft and wonderfully human parts of you.

Welcome, witches, nature-lovers, community huggers, body-reclaimers and primal celebrators. Your sisters are calling you home.

Take a sacred pause from all the noise. Come gather in nature with your sisters, drop into your body and give your pleasure some time.

Here on BC’s Sunshine Coast, sacred sensuality meets sisterhood, nature and primal embodiment. We move, breathe, connect and explore the wild woman beneath the expectations of who we’re supposed to be.

WHY THIS RETREAT WAS BORN

You were never meant to shrink yourself.

Women moving around a bonfire at night

Too many women have been taught to silence their sensual selves, mistrust their desires and compete instead of connect. Wild Women Rising grew from a different belief: your body deserves care, your pleasure matters and there is power in coming together.

Bring the loud laugh. The tender truth. The desire you haven’t found words for yet. Through embodiment, nature and sisterhood, we get to explore those parts of ourselves together.

Laughter, tears, primal expression, rest, sensuality—there’s room for all of it. I guide the experience, and you choose how to take part. You can come as you are.

CHOICE IS PART OF THE EXPERIENCE

Your body. Your boundaries. Your pace.

This is a sacred sensuality retreat. Understanding the invitation matters.

The program includes explicit body-based practices, self-pleasure and optional nudity. You may stay clothed, ask questions, pause or decline an activity. Other guests may choose to be nude.

This is not a sexual play space between guests. Ask Kris about privacy, self-touch, witnessing and the contact agreements for each workshop.

BEYOND THE WORKSHOP NAMES

The practices, explained.

These are some of the practices we might explore. I draw on my experience and intuition to respond to the women present, what the group needs and how the retreat unfolds. Not every workshop happens at every retreat. I explain each practice, and you choose whether to take part.

MEET YOUR GUIDE

Hi, I’m Kris. Your Wild Woman Hype Queen.

This retreat grew from my own wild, messy search for pleasure. For years, I felt disconnected from my body. Embodiment, sensuality, sisterhood and primal expression became part of finding my way back. This work is personal to me.

I’m a VITA Certified Sex, Love & Relationship Coach with over 1,000 hours of training. Bring your softness, your loud laugh, your tender bits and your playfulness. You get to be yourself here.

I can’t wait to dance, laugh, howl and celebrate with you.

From participation and privacy to rooms, travel and cancellation terms. Take the time you need.

Do I have to get naked?

No. Sacred nudity is an invitation, never a requirement. The retreat includes environments where others may be nude; you can stay clothed. Ask about the setting for any practice so you know what to expect.

What about self-pleasure and touch?

The experience can include self-pleasure, self-massage and other body-based practices. Kris explains the format, privacy and contact agreements before each invitation. This is not a sexual play space between guests.

You can decline, remain clothed or ask for a different way to engage. Consent is ongoing; a yes to the retreat is not a yes to every activity.

Who is the retreat for?

This retreat welcomes feminine beings who feel called to sensuality, sisterhood and body-based exploration. Because some practices focus specifically on vulva anatomy, participation is for people with vulvas. This is an anatomy-based requirement, not a statement about anyone’s gender identity.

We respect different gender expressions. If you are unsure whether the practices or group setting fit your needs, book a private conversation with Kris before applying.

Do I need experience, or to know someone?

No prior coaching or retreat experience is required. Many participants come on their own. You can also come with a friend and ask about the bring-a-friend discount. You don’t have to feel confident, sexy or fully ready before exploring the possibility.

What should I bring?

The host sends a full packing list. Bring cozy clothing, clothes that feel sensual to you, a journal, any personal altar items and pleasure tools used in the program. Ask which tools are needed before buying anything.

What if I’m on my period or feeling emotional?

You are welcome as you are. There is room for feeling messy, tender, fiery, soft or uncertain. Tell the host about any needs or concerns, and choose your level of participation.

What are the cancellation terms?

A 20% non-refundable deposit applies. The cancellation schedule provides for 80% refundable until two months before the retreat and 50% until one month before; individual circumstances may be considered.

Before payment, Kris will provide the written agreement, exact deadlines and the basis used to calculate the refundable amount. Please review those terms before making your commitment.

Will every practice be included?

These are possible practices, not a checklist to complete. Kris draws on her training, experience and intuition to respond to who is present, the group’s needs and the flow of the retreat. Not every workshop is offered at every retreat.

Each invitation is explained before you choose whether to participate. The program may change, and your boundaries remain yours throughout.

Can I speak with Kris before applying?

Yes. Book a free 30-minute retreat info call to ask about the experience and explore the fit. You can go straight to the calendar without requesting a guide or completing an application first.
