Eight days. Room to go deeper.
From the opening circle to the final goodbyes: an unfolding journey through connection, sensuality and integration.
The host may adapt the program to the group. Every workshop, ritual and excursion is optional.

Day 1 · Opening Ceremony
Arrive, meet your sisters and let the journey begin. Settle into Lunita, share intentions and gather for the opening circle.
Day 2 · Sisterhood
Make room for trust and connection. A cacao circle and heart-opening breathwork lead into sisterhood sharing, with a sound experience in the pool offering time to receive.
Day 3 · Body Love
Explore your relationship with being seen. Sacred Nudity: Body Reclamation offers choice around participation, alongside the first excursion and the Goddess Welcome to the Underworld ritual.
Day 4 · Inner Child & Play
Give your playful and tender parts room to emerge. Somatic inner child work, contact dance and sacred play are followed by drum, voice and fire-circle invitations.
Day 5 · Self Pleasure as Medicine
Bring curiosity to your own sexuality. A holistic sex lesson and Pussy Talks open the conversation, with a Temazcal ceremony and an optional self-pleasure ritual woven into the day.
Day 6 · Pussy!
Deepen the conversation with your body. A jade egg workshop, the second excursion and Pussy Worship Night are invitations to explore, with formats and alternatives explained before participation.
Day 7 · Awakening Desires
Listen to what you want to carry forward. Desire discovery and Sex Magic bring intention into the experience, followed by ecstatic dance and a closing celebration.
Day 8 · Closing
Gather the meaning of your week and prepare to return home. Make space for goodbyes, personal reflection and departure, carrying your practices and connections with you.

The practices, explained.
These are some of the practices we might explore. I draw on my experience and intuition to respond to the women present, what the group needs and how the retreat unfolds. Not every workshop happens at every retreat. I explain each practice, and you choose whether to take part.

An excursion for ocean air, play and time with your sisters, followed by tacos. Clothing is optional at the beach, and you choose how you enjoy the setting.
Private Cenote Ceremony

Explore a natural swimming pool with space for ritual, play and time in the water. The invitation can include optional nudity and sensory exploration; the format and practical arrangements are explained beforehand.
Cacao Circle & Heart Opening Breathwork

Gather with cacao and a guided breathing invitation, making room for sensation, emotion and connection. Kris explains the practice and invites you to discuss participation needs, adapt the pace or rest.
Tree Planting Ceremony

Plant a native tree together as an expression of gratitude to the land and a living reminder of the gathering. This ceremony is offered by the team at Lunita.
Sisterhood Healing Circle

A space for sharing, listening and witnessing one another. You can speak about your experience or listen, with clear agreements around privacy and respect.
Temazcal Ceremony

A traditional sweat-lodge experience facilitated at Lunita, with ritual and time for reflection. Ask the facilitators about heat, accessibility and suitability for your health needs before choosing to join.
Sound Healing in the Pool

An invitation to rest and receive a sound experience in the pool. Discuss water comfort and participation options with the facilitators; you do not need to create a particular feeling or outcome.
Hug Ceremony · Apapacho

A playful ceremony of connection offered by Lunita, using intentional embraces and colourful marks as a shared expression. Contact is discussed first, and you choose what you welcome or how you witness.
Sacred Nudity: Disarming & Disrobing

Explore the experience of being seen and the stories you carry about your body. Nudity is optional; you can remain clothed, witness or step away while respecting others’ choices.
Goddess Welcome to the Underworld

A sensory ritual exploring the parts of yourself that may feel hidden, tender or powerful. The invitation and any contact are explained in advance, with room to choose how you participate.
Somatic Inner Child Healing

A guided body-based reflection on younger parts of yourself and what support might feel like today. Notice sensations and feelings gently, with choice throughout; this workshop does not replace trauma therapy.
Drum & Vocal Activation

Explore rhythm, sound and your own voice as forms of expression. No singing experience is needed, and you can experiment, listen or simply move with what you hear.
Holistic Sex Lesson & Pussy Talks

An honest conversation about anatomy, pleasure, desire and how you communicate your needs. Bring questions and curiosity; you choose how much personal experience to share.
Self Pleasure Ritual

An intentional exploration of your own pleasure, using breath, attention and optional self-touch. Kris explains the format and privacy arrangements before the invitation, and you can adapt or decline.
Jade Egg Workshop

Learn about a practice involving yoni eggs and pelvic awareness, with its format and choices explained first. These tools are not medical treatment; discuss individual suitability and alternatives before participating.
Pussy Worship

A ritual invitation to explore your relationship with your vulva through attention, language and personal meaning. Kris explains what is involved before you decide; this is not sexual contact between guests.
Sex Magic

Bring your desires and intentions into an embodied pleasure practice. Explore through breath, sensation and optional self-touch, then consider how your intentions connect with everyday choices.
Pussy Earth Breathing

Connect breath and pelvic awareness with the natural setting. Notice sensation and grounding in your own way, without needing to force an experience.
Erotic Fruit Eating

A playful invitation to slow down with taste, texture and the senses. Explore attention and enjoyment through an ordinary experience, with your preferences and boundaries guiding you.

Hi, I’m Kris. Your Wild Woman Hype Queen.
This retreat grew from my own wild, messy search for pleasure. For years, I felt disconnected from my body. Embodiment, sensuality, sisterhood and primal expression became part of finding my way back. This work is personal to me.
I’m a VITA Certified Sex, Love & Relationship Coach with over 1,000 hours of training. Bring your softness, your loud laugh, your tender bits and your playfulness. You get to be yourself here.
I can’t wait to dance, laugh, howl and celebrate with you.

From participation and privacy to rooms, travel and cancellation terms. Take the time you need.
Book a retreat info callIs there sexual contact between guests?
No. We do not permit sexual contact, sexual advances and inappropriate sexual behaviour between guests. The work explores sexuality within yourself, for yourself. Some activities involve self-pleasure, optional nudity or facilitated nonsexual contact; ask about each format before participating.
Do I have to be naked or self-pleasure?
No. Nudity is optional and participation is consent-based. You should be comfortable sharing a retreat environment in which others may be sensual or nude, even if you remain clothed. Discuss privacy, self-touch and alternatives with Kris before committing.
Who is the retreat for?
This retreat welcomes feminine beings who feel called to sensuality, sisterhood and body-based exploration. Because some practices focus specifically on vulva anatomy, participation is for people with vulvas. This is an anatomy-based requirement, not a statement about anyone’s gender identity.
We respect different gender expressions. If you are unsure whether the practices or group setting fit your needs, book a private conversation with Kris before applying.
Do I need to be experienced or know anyone?
No. Many people come solo, and no previous pleasure-work experience is required. The invitation is to listen to your body, respect your boundaries and be willing to engage with consent, self-reflection and the group agreements.
How large is the group?
The group has space for 18 guests, supported by two full-time facilitators and guest facilitators during the week. Ask Kris about current availability.
How are consent and emotional support handled?
We provide explicit consent teaching, group agreements from day one and support from the facilitators and Lunita staff. Your choices and boundaries are respected. Before applying, discuss what support is available and any needs relevant to participation.
What isn’t included?
Flights to and from Cancún, travel insurance, optional spa treatments and private preparation sessions with Kris are not included. Airport transfers and the retreat’s personalized one-to-one host time are included; private preparation sessions are a separate service.
What about food, rooms and getting there?
Meals are included, and dietary requirements are shared with the chef several weeks ahead. Rooms are shared, usually with a queen and twin bed; the queen-bed upgrade is USD $300. Group airport transfers are coordinated from CUN. Ask about timing, room accessibility and any other travel needs.
What should I bring?
The host will send a full packing list. Bring warm-weather clothing, a bathing suit, clothes that make you feel sensual, a journal, personal altar items and pleasure tools. Confirm which tools are needed and how they are used before purchasing.
Why is there an application?
The application helps Kris explore the fit, answer questions and establish a group that can work well together. Applying does not obligate you to attend. You can also ask for a conversation with the host first.
What are the cancellation terms?
Ask Kris for the written cancellation and refund policy, deposit conditions and payment deadlines before committing. Your booking agreement will explain the terms that apply to this retreat.
Can I apply as an assistant facilitator?
We welcome experienced movement-based facilitators to apply. The role involves arriving a day early, supporting the group and co-creating with Kris, with a stipend and flights covered. The role is separate from guest admission; contact Kris about the application and terms.
Will every practice be included?
These are possible practices, not a checklist to complete. Kris draws on her training, experience and intuition to respond to who is present, the group’s needs and the flow of the retreat. Not every workshop is offered at every retreat.
Each invitation is explained before you choose whether to participate. The program may change, and your boundaries remain yours throughout.
Can I speak with Kris before applying?
Yes. Book a free 30-minute retreat info call to ask about the experience and explore the fit. You can go straight to the calendar without requesting a guide or completing an application first.
Book a retreat info callWho might this retreat not be right for?
This is a shared experience of sensuality, self-reflection and sisterhood. It may not fit if you are seeking sexual contact with other guests, cannot agree to the consent and community boundaries, or would be uncomfortable around other people choosing nudity even while you stay clothed.
If you mainly need solitude, or need a level of individual or clinical support the retreat cannot provide, speak with Kris about the fit before applying. You deserve a clear understanding of the setting and the support available.
What if I’m on my period or not feeling sexy?
You are welcome as you are: tender, tired, emotional, curious or full of energy. You don’t need to arrive feeling sensual or confident. Tell the facilitators what support or adaptations would help, and take the rest or privacy you need.
What if I feel nervous or scared?
You can arrive with nerves and questions. We take time to explain the experience and build connection, and you can speak privately with Kris about your concerns before the retreat. Feeling nervous is not a reason to push past your boundaries; you can pause, adapt or decline a practice.
What will I take home with me?
Alongside the memories and connections, you receive take-home rituals and audios, reflection and personalized guidance to help bring the work into everyday life. You may leave with a clearer sense of your desires, new ways to explore pleasure or more confidence expressing a boundary.
Your experience will be your own. We make time to notice what has mattered to you and choose practices you want to continue, rather than expecting a particular transformation.
